SUMMER SALAD 
1 can French cut green beans
1 can baby peas
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/4 c. pimentos, diced
3/4 c. vinegar (I use cider)
1 can white whole kernel corn
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil (optional)

Drain and mix vegetables. Bring sugar and vinegar to a boil and pour over vegetables. Cool and refrigerate several hours or over night. Stir occasionally.
