STUFFED FLANK STEAK | |
1 1/2 to 2 lb. flank steak 1 (10 oz.) can beef broth 3 c. cooked rice 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 3 tbsp. minced parsley 1 clove garlic, crushed 1/2 tsp. salt Score flank steak on both sides with a sharp knife. Place in oblong 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Mix the remaining ingredients and roll into flank steak. Use toothpicks to hold in place. Bake in 375 degree oven for 45-60 minutes. |
