FROG EYE SALAD 
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 egg yolks
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 (No. 303) crushed pineapple, drained
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 (No. 303) tidbits pineapple, drained
2 tbsp. flour
1 3/4 c. pineapple juice
Small pkg. of miniature marshmallows
1 box Acini di Pepe macaroni

Combine and cook until thick sugar, flour, salt, juice and egg yolks. Melt marshmallows with cooked mixture. Cook whole box of macaroni using salt to taste blanch and cool. Combine macaroni and cooked mixture and refrigerate overnight. Next day add pineapple, Cool Whip, oranges. You can use any kind of fruit. This recipe makes a large batch.
