1 egg white
Dash of salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
Peanut butter

To the egg white, add salt and vanilla. Then add sugar until stiff enough to roll out. Spread with peanut butter. Roll up the dough and cut in desired pieces.
