3 tbsp. light oil or olive oil
1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. Dijon style mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper
2 tbsp. heavy cream

Whisk oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper together. Add cream whisk vigorously until well blended. Just before serving blend dressing and serve. Makes 4 servings.
