CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
3 pkgs. frozen broccoli, thawed
10 c. milk
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. minced onion
2 tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Cook broccoli until tender. Melt butter in heavy kettle. Saute onion until tender. Blend in flour until smooth. Gradually stir in milk. Add salt, sugar, pepper, nutmeg and broccoli. Bring to a boil. Good with some cheese added.
