SPARKLING FRUIT SALAD MOLD 
3 tbsp. (3 env.) unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
1 c. fresh slivered grapes
1 c. diced orange sections or 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. or 8.75 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 3/4 c. buttermilk
1/4 tsp. salt

In saucepan, combine gelatin, sugar, and salt. Stir in lemon juice. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin and sugar are dissolved.

Add buttermilk; heat a few minutes more. Whip cream until stiff; fold into fruit mixture. Pour into salad mold. Cover and chill until firm. Unmold on salad greens and garnish with orange sections and grapes.
