SPINACH LASAGNA 
2 c. small curd cottage cheese
2 pkgs. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
32 oz. jar Prego (meat sauce)
1/4 c. water
2 eggs
1 tsp. ground oregano
Dash salt and pepper
Lasagna noodles

Cook and drain spinach, (can microwave). Mix together cottage cheese, spinach, eggs, Mozzarella cheese, salt and pepper and ground oregano. Layer in order, spaghetti sauce, uncooked noodles and cottage cheese mixture. Repeat layer, after last layer, pour water around corners of whole lasagna. Cover with foil and cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
