SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
1 lb. shrimp
4 chicken breasts or 8-10 wings
1 1/2 c. rice, uncooked
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can mushrooms
1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar pimento
1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. celery
1 (8 oz.) can tomato
1/4 c. chicken baste, if available

Boil chicken, take off bone. Boil shrimp slightly, pour off water. Saute onion, celery, green pepper. Cut mushroom, pimento, tomato. Cook rice partially. Mix everything. Cook in 350 degree oven 20 to 30 minutes.
