EASY MUSHROOM RICE 
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 c. Sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

Combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup of cheese. Mix well. Spoon into slightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup of cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes.
