SOUR ORANGE PIE 
1 crumb or bake pie shell, 8 or 9 inch
1/2 c. sour orange juice
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 egg yolks

Mix together milk, juice and egg yolks in bowl until thick. Pour in the shell.

MERINGUE:

2 egg whites, room temperature
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cream tartar

Beat until stiff.

Bake in 325 degree oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
