HAMBURGER POTATO SCALLOP 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. scalloped potatoes
3 tbsp. chopped green pepper, if desired
1 pkt. seasoned sauce
Water and milk
1 jar (2 oz.) sliced pimento, drained

Brown meat with salt over medium heat using a medium skillet. Drain. Stir in potatoes; sprinkle with seasoned sauce, and mix. Add amount of water and milk called for on package. Stir in pimento and green pepper. Heat to boiling, stirring frequently. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
