VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1/2 lb. okra, washed and cut up
2 c. tomatoes
1/2 c. sliced onions
1/2 c. diced celery
1 lg. bell peppers, seeded and cut in strips
2 white potatoes, peeled and cut in chunks
2 sm. zucchini, washed, ends removed and cut in chunks
1/2 c. whole kernel corn
1 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

In a 5-quart Dutch oven, melt butter and saute onions, celery and bell pepper. Add okra, potatoes, zucchini, corn, tomatoes. Add all seasonings, except Accent. Cover and cook on very low heat until potatoes and zucchini are done. Stir and add Accent. Serve with Italian sausage or pork chops.
