SUPPER MEDLEY 
1 lb. turkey burger or hamburger
2 tbsp. butter (optional)
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (1/4 lb.)
1 tsp. salt (optional)
Pepper to taste
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, broken up

Saute burger in butter in a large skillet or pan until lightly browned. Stir in onions, green pepper and mushrooms. Arrange dry noodles over mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and seasonings. Pour tomatoes over all. DO NOT STIR. Cover. Bring to a boil, reduce heat; simmer for 1 hour or less. Delicious reheated, too! Makes 6 servings.
