SOUTHERN PECAN PIE 
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 c. pecan halves
2 (9 inch) pie crusts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl with beater, beat eggs well. Add sugar, corn syrup, flour, salt and vanilla. Beat until well combined. Stir in butter and pecans. Bake 60 minutes. Cook well; then chill slightly before serving.
