SWISS MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese chunks
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. green pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 1/2 c. milk
1 c. crushed saltine crackers

Mix well. Bake in loaf pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
