TATER TOTS CASSEROLE 
1 lb. tater tots
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated

Sharper the cheese the better.

Brown meat and onions, drain off fat. Place taters in bottom of two quart casserole. Spread meat over taters, cover with undiluted soup, top with grated cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
