8 oz. can green beans or 1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1.4 oz. can mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, mashed
4 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix together and pour into large Pyrex pie plate. Bake about 45 minutes. 1 package frozen chopped broccoli and 1/2 package frozen peas may be used; omit mushrooms.
