NACHOS GRANDE 
1 can refried beans
1 pt. sour cream
1 sm. head lettuce, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
3 onions, chopped
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. black olives, sliced
1 (8 oz.) jar salsa, mild
2 green peppers, chopped
1 bag nacho chips, cheese are best

Spread beans on bottom of a large plate or platter. Spread sour cream over beans, as much as you want. Layer lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers and onions in that order. Spread cheese over top and layer sliced olives on cheese. Pour salsa over all and serve with nacho chips.
