1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. vinegar
6 tbsp. oil
1 c. water

Mix all ingredients in 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
