HOT FUDGE CAKE 
Make 1 dark chocolate cake in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Cut into individual squares and split to make a sandwich. Slice vanilla ice cream and put between the layers. Pour hot fudge sauce over this. Top with whipped cream and a cherry if desired.

SAUCE:

Melt:

1 stick of butter
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips

Add:

1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 box powdered sugar
Vanilla

Cook over low heat until it is thoroughly mixed and is at a good consistency.
