1 c. flour
2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. honey
1 3/4 c. hot water
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 c. brown sugar

1. Measure flour, 2 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt into 9x9 pan. Stir with fork to mix.

2. Add milk, honey, cooking oil and vanilla. Stir with fork until smooth. Spread evenly in pan.

3. Use your fingers to mix brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa in small bowl. Sprinkle over batter. Pour hot water on top. DO NOT STIR!

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
