IMPERIAL CRAB 
2 c. crabmeat
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
3 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of pepper

Cook onion and chopped pepper in butter until tender. Blend in flour. Add milk gradually. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add seasonings and crabmeat. Place in 6 well greased shells or 5 oz. custard cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until slightly browned. NOTE: Can also be baked in a 1 quart casserole.
