KAFARSKI KABOB'S 
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks
2 med. apples, cored and cut in chunks
1 pt. fresh strawberries, cut in half
3 med. bananas, sliced
1 lg. cluster seedless grapes
2 to 3 tangerines, split in sections

CREAMY STRAWBERRY DIP:

1/2 c. light cream cheese
1/2 c. strawberry yogurt
1/4 c. marshmallow creme

Fruit: Drain pineapple, reserving juice to later pour or brush over assembled fruit kabobs to keep fruit from turning brown. Thread fruit of different colors on wooden skewer sticks or 6 inch plastic drinking straws. Makes 18 to 24 kabobs. Eat plain or dip kabobs into strawberry dip.

Strawberry Dip: Cream all together at low speed in a mixing bowl until well blended. Cover and chill 2 hours. Yields 1 cup.
