APRICOT NUT BREAD 
2 c. Bisquick
1 c. quick cooking rolled oats
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. snipped dry apricots
1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1 egg, well beaten
1 1/4 c. milk

Stir together first 5 ingredients. Mix in apricots and walnuts. Combine egg and milk. Add to dry ingredients and beat hard 30 seconds! Pour into 3 greased cans (#2 or 3). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Or bake in 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan for 1 hour. Cool for 10 minutes; remove from pan and cool on rack.
