CROCK POT GOULASH 
1 lb. lean stew meat
1 sm. white onion
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Season-All
2 tbsp. A-1 steak sauce
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce

Cut onion into strips and place with meat in crock pot. Sprinkle with Season-All. Combine tomato, Worcestershire and A-1 and pour over meat. Stir to coat. Cook on low for eight hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
