ROSY ROCK COOKIES | |
1 3/4 c. flour 1 1/3 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. allspice 1 c. butter, softened 1 egg 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed tomato soup, undiluted 2 1/2 c. uncooked quick oats 1 c seedless raisins 1 c. chopped walnuts In large bowl stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and allspice. Add butter, egg and soup. Beat at medium speed 2 minutes, constantly scraping sides and bottom of bowl. Stir in oats, raisins and walnuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 1 1/2 inches apart on greased cookie sheets. Bake in 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 84 cookies. 68 calories per cookie. 1 g. protein; 9 g. car; 3 g. fat; 3 mg. chol. |
