STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1/2 loaf Italian bread, broken up
1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. sweet sausage
1 egg
1/4 c. Romano cheese
Cooking oil

Soak bread in water and wring out. Mix with remaining ingredients. Stem mushrooms and fill with stuffing. (May chop stem and add to filling.) Dribble oil over all mushrooms. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
