PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1 baked pie shell
12 oz. non-dairy topping

In large mixer bowl, cream peanut butter, cream cheese, sugar, and whipped topping. Pour into pie shell. Chill at least one hour. Top with additional whipped topping if desired.
