PEANUT BUTTER SNACK BALLS 
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. non-fat dry milk
1 tbsp. honey
1/2 c. peanuts, coconut, sunflower seeds or raisins (or any combination of these)
1 c. crushed granola

Measure all ingredients except granola in a large bowl. Let your youngster help mix them together with his or her hands. Then you both can roll mixture into small balls, and roll balls into granola. Put them on waxed paper on a cookie sheet and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours.
