LASAGNA 
6-9 lasagna noodles
1/3-1/2 c. ricotta cheese
lg. jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 pound sausage (Purnell's) browned
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese (about 3 tbsp.)

Boil lasagna noodles till tender. Drain. Place 3 noodles in bottom of rectangular casserole dish. Cover noodles with a thin layer of ricotta cheese. Mix spaghetti sauce and browned meats. Spread part of this over the ricotta cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers of noodles, ricotta cheese, meat sauce, Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
