SAUSAGE POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage, brown and drain
3 c. raw potatoes, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. diced onion
Salt and pepper
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Mix soup and mix together. Layer sausage first, onion and potato. Cover with soup mixture. Add cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
