SAUSAGE POTATO CASSEROLE 
4 c. scalloped potatoes
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. milk
1 lb. sausage, cooked & crumbled
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Mushrooms, onions, salt and pepper to taste

Make layers of potatoes, sausage, mushrooms, onion and cheese. Season to taste. Mix soup and milk and pour over layers. Cover and bake at 350 degrees until potatoes are tender.
