GRASSHOPPER PIE 
1 c. Oreo cookie crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 pkg. Knox gelatin
1/4 c. warm water
2 bottles Avoset
5 tbsp. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. creme de cocoa
2 1/2-3 tbsp. creme de menthe
Green food coloring, as desired

Crust: Press oreo crumbs and melted butter into a pie plate and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.

Filling: Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup warm water. Cool. Beat until fluffy the 2 bottles of Avoset. Add the powdered sugar. Combine the creme de cocoa and creme de menthe and add to gelatin mixture. Add this to whipped cream and fold in. Add green food coloring. Pour into crust and chill until firm.
