GRASSHOPPER PIE 
24 cream filled Oreo chocolate cookies, finely crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. milk
A few drops Peppermint extract
A few drops green food coloring
1 jar marshmallow creme
2 c. whipping cream

Combine cookie crumbs and butter. Press into 9 inch pie pan, reserving 1/2 cup of mixture for topping. Gradually add milk, extract, and food coloring to marshmallow creme. Mix until well blended. Whip cream and fold into mixture. Pour over crumb crust. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top and freeze.

If desired, substitute 1/4 cup green creme de menthe for milk and omit extract and food coloring. Yield: 8 servings.
