SUNDAY SAUSAGE BREAKFAST 
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1- 6 oz. pkg. onion and garlic croutons
2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
2 c. mild cheddar cheese, cubed
1 doz. eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

In a skillet, brown sausage; drain. In a greased 13-inch x 9-inch x 2-inch baking dish, layer the croutons, sausage, and cheese. Combine eggs and milk and mix well. Pour over the cheese. Sprinkle with basil, salt, and pepper.

Bake uncovered at 350°F for 40 to 50 minutes. Serve immediately.
