POTATO SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. sausage
1 onion, sliced
3 med. potatoes, sliced
Salt & pepper
1/4 tsp. season salt
1 oz. butter
1 tbsp. flour
2/3 c. milk
3 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. mustard

Cook sausage and drain well. Place sausage, onion, potato and spices in 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt butter, flour, milk, cheese and mustard together until creamy. Pour over potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour. 6 servings.
