SPINACH BALLS 
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
2 c. herb stuffing mix
3/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. thyme
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook and drain spinach. Mix remaining ingredients. Add spinach. Mix well. Chill 2 hours. Roll into small balls and freeze until ready to bake. Preheat oven to 300 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. Makes approximately 3 1/2 dozen balls.
