CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® wild and white rice
3 c. cooked chicken (cubed)
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can French style green beans
1 can celery soup
1 sm. jar diced pimento
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. chopped onion
1/2 c. crushed croutons

Prepare rice according to box directions. Combine all ingredients except croutons. Pour into 9 x 13 casserole. Top with croutons. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
