RHUBARB CRISP 
4 c. rhubarb, cut up
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. water
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. butter, melted

Mix rhubarb, 1/4 cup flour, water, sugar and cinnamon together and put in 9 inch pan. Mix 1 cup flour, brown sugar, rolled oats and melted butter and pour over rhubarb mixture.

Bake at 375°F for 35 minutes.

Make 1 1/2 times the recipe and use a 9 X 13 pan.
