HONEY - GLAZED MEATBALLS 
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 lb. lean ground beef
3/4 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. orange juice
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. Drambuie (optional)
1/4 c. honey
1 orange, sliced

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine onion, ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt, and pepper in bowl; mix well. Shape into 1-inch meatballs. Place in 10 x 15 inch baking pan.

Blend flour and a small amount of orange juice in saucepan. Stir in remaining orange juice, lemon juice, Drambuie, and honey gradually; bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

Brush meatballs with glaze. Bake for 25 minutes or until brown, brushing with remaining glaze 2 times. Garnish with orange slices. Yield 2 dozen.
