CARROTS HONEY AND BRANDY GLAZED 
1 (1 lb.) bag frozen baby carrots
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. apple jack brandy
Chopped parsley
Salt & pepper to taste

Steam carrots until tender and drain. In a 10" fry pan melt butter. Add honey and parsley and brandy. Add carrots and lightly stir until carrots are glazed. Serves 6.
