4 c. flour
1 tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 egg, well beaten
1 1/2 c. Crisco

Mix all dry ingredients. Cut in Crisco. Mix vinegar, water and egg together. Add to dry ingredients.

Makes 4 crusts.
