3 heaping tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

In a pan, mix flour and milk. Cool until thick. Cool. In a bowl, add sugar, Crisco, and butter; mix well. Add cooled mixture of flour and milk. Mix. Add vanilla. If you want chocolate, add 3 tablespoons of cocoa. This recipe is enough for 9 x 13 inch or 2 layer cake.
