4 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. cold milk
2 tbsp. boiling water

Blend butter and sugar together. Beat well. Add milk and keep beating. Add boiling water a little at a time. Beat stiff. May separate, but ignore, keep beating.
