WHITE CHOCOLATE MACADAMIA
COOKIES
 
1 c. butter, softened
1 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
2 c. white chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, soda, and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool slightly before removing from baking sheets. Yield: Approximately 6 dozen.
