HOT & SPICY LEGS 
18 chicken legs
12 oz. Texas Pete hot sauce
4 tbsp. red pepper
2 tbsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. garlic powder

Remove skin from chicken and fry until cooked completely. Drain. In a large bowl mix Hot Sauce, red pepper, black pepper, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce. Dip legs in sauce and place on a baking dish lined with aluminum foil. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes or until mixture is baked on (not runny). Serve with Blue Cheese Dressing - - Mmmm Mmmm Hotttttt!!! For the not so brave - do not add the pepper.
