TOMATO GRAVY AND RICE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can whole tomatoes, cut up (or diced tomatoes)
1 tomato can of water
salt
pepper
garlic powder
2 c. cooked rice

Brown ground beef in large frying pan. Season to your desired taste. DO NOT DRAIN. When beef is brown completely, add 2 heaping tablespoons of flour; stir (flour should soak up all of the fat from the beef). Add 1 can tomatoes with liquid, and 1 tomato can of water. Stir and simmer until gravy thickens. Serve over rice.
