COCONUT MACAROONS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded coconut
2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk (1/2, 15 oz. can)
1 tsp. vanilla

Thoroughly combine coconut and condensed milk. Add vanilla. Drop from teaspoon on well greased baking sheet, about 1 inch apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly browned. Let cool slightly, remove from baking sheet. Let cool on rack. Make about 2 dozen.
