CREAM CHEESE MUFFINS 
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. almond extract
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. vanilla
10 oz. flaky biscuits
3 oz. cream cheese, cut into cubes

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In small bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon and almond extract. Combine butter and vanilla in small bowl. Separate dough into biscuits. Dip each cheese cube into butter mix, then in sugar mix. Place on center of biscuit. Fold dough over cheese. Seal well. Shape into balls. Dip each ball in butter and vanilla mix again, then in sugar, mix again. Place seam side down in ungreased muffin cup. Bake 12-19 minutes. Remove from pan immediately. These are delicious. Melt in your mouth.
